Weekend Lunch:  Nachos, made in a cast-iron skillet with all the fixin's

Bread Baking:  Barley Bread

Dinner:  Smoked Pulled Pork, Roasted Potatoes, Barley Bread and Fruit

Dinner:  Smoked Rib-eye Steak, Grilled Brussels Sprouts, and Fried Potatoes with Parmesan

Bread Baking:  Soft Seedy Sandwich Bread 

Dinner:  King Arthur Flour's Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza - with pesto in place of tomato sauce

Lunch:  Leftover Grilled Chicken and Roasted Potatoes with Microgreen Salad

Dinner:  Focaccia  Bread (watch the video here), Pesto Chicken Pasta Bake, and Caprese Salad

Lunch:  Hummus, Soft Wrap Bread, Feta, Olives, Tomatoes, Cukes, Berries

Lunch:  Nacho Bowl

Dinner:  Pull Pork Tostadas

Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Gyros, Hard Boiled Egg, Pepper Dews, Olives, and Kale Chips

Cookie Baking:  Wyoming Cowboy Cookies

Weekend Breakfast:  Potato, Ham, Egg and Cheese Skillet with Barley Toast
